Balance Classes with Laura Simmons
Just £5 for a 45 minute class in a group of up to 6 people learning how to improve posture and balance skills particularly to reduce risk of falls. Held throughout the week you can come to as many classes as you like and continue the work at home. Pre-booking is essential, you can book online here.

Gentle Introduction to Pilates with Robin Simm
A 4-week Pilates course, running throughout the year on a Wednesday at 5.30pm, lasting up to one hour and costs £36 for the full course. Drop-in Mindfulness with Katrina Stevens
Katrina, our in house Mindfulness Teacher will be running drop in sessions on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the moth and 2nd and 4th Monday at 7pm. The sessions will be 30-40 minutes and will cost £4 per session on a pay as you go basis, simply turn up on the night.
Build Your Health Workshop
Held at 6.45pm on the 3rd Monday and Wednesday of every month, this free workshop delivered by one of our Chiropractors is designed to give you the understand and tools you need to increase your health and quality of life and take control of your wellbeing. Everyone is welcome with no need to book, simply come along on the night.
Stress and Anxiety Workshop
Chiropractor Dr Naomi Mills shares the science behind stress and anxiety and how it affects both body and mind. This workshop includes helpful suggestions and tools that you or family members can use to help overcome stress and anxiety. Suitable for any age and experience, simply come along on Tuesday September 25th at 6pm.
